The largest purchase was at SCTX, where Behzad Aghazadeh bought $36.1 million. 3 companies had several insiders buying.

SCTX director Behzad Aghazadeh bought 2,383,333 shares for $36.1 million, adding 342% to their holding.
AVR 10% owner L1 Capital Pty Ltd bought 5,000,000 shares for $28.8 million, adding 178% to their holding.
SCTX director Orbimed Advisors LLC bought 1,000,000 shares for $15 million, adding 287% to their holding.
SCTX director Carl L. Gordon bought 1,000,000 shares for $15 million, adding 287% to their holding.
MPLT 10% owner Catalyst4, Inc. bought 1,000,000 shares for $13 million.

A real example
In January 2016, when bank stocks were falling, JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon bought 500,000 JPMorgan shares with his own money, worth about $26 million. His Form 4 made the purchase public within days, and investors read it as a strong sign of confidence.
